UTAARA NADIA JAUCH
Utaara Jauch is committed and determined admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia, who previously worked for an asset management firm, with a passion for the economic advancement of people, having founded the law firm, Jauch Incorporated in 2023.
Having graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Social Science Degree and having researched the state polices which encouraged the growth of the deciduous fruit industry in South Africa, Ms. Jauch sought to expand on the research skills and knowledge gained during her undergraduate degree and complimented it by pursuing a Bachelors of Laws Degree through the University of Cape Town.
The inextricable link between law, economics and politics further motivated Ms. Jauch to gain insights into the private equity space, understanding investments and the finance industry and ultimately bringing those skills together under one umbrella namely: Jauch Incorporated which bloomed into JNN Incorporated, bringing together an excellent team of legal experts.

SHUMIRAI NYASHANU
Shumi Nyashanu became part of our team in June 2024 and swiftly rose to the position of Director: Litigation in July 2024. With significant post admission experience, she is well-prepared to handle litigation matters in the High and Supreme Courts of Namibia.
Previously, she led the Commercial Recoveries and Collections department, focusing on financing agreements and refining internal legal collections processes. Admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court in 2018, Ms. Nyashanu has broad experience in collections for corporate clients, civil litigation in both Magistrate’s and High courts, legislative drafting, and team management. While her main area of expertise lies in corporate and commercial litigation, she has expanded her practice to include general civil litigation and advisory roles in legislative drafting teams.
Ms. Nyashanu has a special interest in oil and gas law, actively engaging in stakeholder consultations in this field. Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to various High Court litigations that have influenced contract law developments. Armed with this experience, she was eager to become part of the innovative interdisciplinary machine that is now known as JNN Inc.

ANDREW NAUNYANGO
Andrew Naunyango is an admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia, with his introduction to the legal profession in the form of litigation experience in the Magistrate’s Courts and High Court of Namibia. Subsequently, Mr. Naunyango engrossed himself in the corporate world, providing legal advisory, commercial agreements and transaction structuring, monitoring and reporting services in industries including construction, insurance, telecommunications, banking and infrastructure development.
Holding a Baccelereus Juris (B.Juris) and Bachelors of Law from the University of Namibia and a Masters of Law qualification from the University of Queensland, Mr. Naunyango has supplemented his education by attending and completing the United Nations Regional Course in International Law, as well as completing a Trial Advocacy course hosted by National Institute for Trial Advocacy in South Africa.
Joining JNN Incorporated as a director, Mr. Naunyango intends to apply his knowledge and experience towards the delivery of service at the highest standards indiscriminately to corporate entities and individuals who require the same.
